Northmoor Community Laundrette started in 2005, is open 7 days a week, has washing and drying facilities and there is always a staff member there to help.
As well as providing much needed laundry services at low prices, it is a space where local residents can have a cup of tea, get to know their neighbours, read books and find out local information. It also boasts being (maybe) the only Internet Laundrette in the country.
Northmoor Community Laundrette is NCA’s Social Enterprise – meaning all profits go back into NCA in order to keep providing all our services.

SECOND HAND BOOKS FOR ADULTS
We have a book library for adults. Anyone can come in and read or take home to keep any book. We also take donations.
We have linked with the Baby Box Company and distribute out baby bags to parents who have completed one of their online parenting courses.
We have the facilities to recycle:
SHOES – we earn £5 for every full bag we collect
USED PRINTER CARTRIDGES – we earn money from this
All money made goes to the NCA
