Northmoor Hub Support Volunteer

We need volunteers to help support residents with tasks such as setting up email accounts, using the internet, downloading and uploading documents. We need volunteers to help support residents with tasks such as setting up e-mail accounts, using the internet, downloading and uploading documents and reading and understanding online messages. We also need volunteers to work more closely with residents helping them fill in forms (online and paper) and making phone calls on their behalf. You will start by shadowing and then learn how to make the right checks and give the right help by yourself. If you love helping others and have good English and IT skills you could really help make a difference in our community. We particularly welcome volunteers who speak additional languages. *You will be expected to complete a free online GDPR course.
